Job Description

The Company: Chartered IFA firm based in East Leeds looking to add an experienced Financial Services Administrator to their back-office support team as an expansion to their current setup:

  • Office Location: Colton – East Leeds
  • Hybrid/Home Working: Yes – 3-days office, 2-days WFH after initial training period

 

Package: £27-32k base + bonus/benefits

  • Bonus: Discretionary – Paid annually

 

The Role: A broad wealth administration support role geared around supporting high performing financial advisers, working in HNW client circles. Sitting within a team of 3 your responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the POC for our clients, our Financial Advisers and product providers
  • To co-ordinate client review meetings including arranging meetings with the Financial Adviser, preparation of the client’s valuation and review meeting pack.
  • To issue recommendation reports to clients and prepare illustrations and any paperwork required.
  • Ensure that client files are fully FCA compliant.
  • Ensure that any transactions are monitored and completed accurately and in a timely fashion in line with compliance guidelines and company procedures
  • To consult with clients, their professional advisers (where necessary) and product providers to obtain or provide any relevant information and to assist in resolving queries.
  • To maintain our CRM System (Intelligent Office) and client records in line with company procedures.
  • To ensure that tasks are dealt with and completed in line with company procedures.

 

The Person: The successful candidate will ideally come from an IFA/wealth management background and have exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a private wealth environment.

  • Required: Knowledge of processing new/existing business across investments, pensions and protection/life cover caseloads
  • Required: 2+ years industry experience with exposure to a similar working environment – Either an IFA or wealth management business
