Job Description
The Company: Chartered IFA firm looking to add an IFA Administrator to their ever-growing adviser support team in Chesterfield. A progressive, forward-thinking financial advisory business that provide HNW private clientele.
- Office Location: Chesterfield
- Hybrid Working: Yes – 3-days office, 2-days WFH after an initial training period
Package: £25-28k DOE + bonus and full company benefits
- 23 days holiday + stats, company pension, 4xDIS plus wider company benefits
- 5 hour working week (Mon-Fri) with flexible working available
The Role: Admin support to a very high performing, private wealth focused financial adviser as part of a dedicated adviser support team. Duties include:
- Liaising with colleagues, clients and professional contacts
- Processing all new business across the breadth of personal investments, pensions, protection and IHT planning casework
- On boarding new clients to the business, ensuring the new client file is fully compliant
- Ensuring that all tasks are dealt with within the required timescales
- Assisting with preparing client review packs
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company process and procedure as required
- Act as the first port of call for client queries
The Person: A background in the IFA/wealth management background is a must, coupled with exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial advisers from an administration perspective previously.
- Required: Intelligent Office (IO) system experience
- Required: Investments & pensions case exposure
- Required: Ability to manage workloads across multiple provider platforms and funds
