Full Time in Admin SupportJob Description
The Company: An expanding IFA firm based in Central Harrogate looking to add an experienced, private wealth focused Financial Services Administrator to their back-office support team. The firm themselves are a fee-based financial planning setup who specialise in retirement planning, tax planning, investments, and pensions, offering bespoke financial advice to individuals, businesses and trusts.
- Office Location: Central Harrogate
- Hybrid/Home Working: 100% office-based
Package: £28-32k base + discretionary bonus & full company benefits

- Working Hours:30am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8.30am-1pm Friday
The Role: A broad wealth administration support role geared around supporting high performing financial advisers, working in HNW client circles. Sitting within a team of 3 your responsibilities include:
- Process all new/existing business
- Co-ordinate client review meetings including arranging meetings with the Financial Adviser, preparation of the client’s valuation (Intelliflo) and review meeting pack.
- Complete the details from Fact finds on the IO system and filing on Papercloud
- Issue recommendation reports to clients and prepare illustrations and any paperwork required.
- Obtain LOA’s
- Fund switches.
- Ensure that client files are fully FCA compliant.
The Person: The successful candidate will ideally come from an IFA/wealth management background and must have exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a private wealth environment. Do you hold:
- 2+ years industry experience with exposure to a similar working environment – Ideally within an IFA or wider wealth management business
- New/existing business processing experience across investments, pensions and protection/life cover caseloads
