The Company: A high calibre, Harrogate based IFA firm who are looking to add an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to their expanding adviser support team. This is a highly responsible technical administration role supporting multiple planners across the breadth of private wealth caseloads, from investments and pensions to tax and trust work.
- Office Location: Central Harrogate
- Working Setup: Office-based
Package: £30-35k base + discretionary bonus and full company benefits
- Key Benefits: 5% pension, life assurance plus free parking on site
- Bonus: Discretionary – Paid annually
- Holidays: 27-days + stats
The Role: As part of an experienced Adviser Support team supporting a group of high-performing Financial Planners you will deal with all administrative matters (inclusive of client queries). Duties include:
- Liaising with policy providers
- Updating and maintaining client records
- Processing new business applications
- Fund switches
- income and withdrawal requests and monitoring the process through to completion. Duties include:
The Person: This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IFA Administration experience of Pensions and Investments workloads who is looking for a professional, client-centric proposition where the client relationship is paramount. It will suit a technically astute Adviser Support specialist who enjoys working alongside advisers in a consultative manner:
- Required: 2+ years Admin Support experience in an IFA and/or wealth manager
- Required: Product awareness inclusive of investments, pensions, protection and IHT planning/trust work
- Preferable: Avelo Exchange and Iress Database system experience
