Job Description

The Company: A nationally recognised wealth management firm offering personalised financial planning and investment services is looking to recruit an industry experienced Client Administrator into their ever-expanding adviser support team. With £50 billion + in in assets under management operating across 20 offices 25 offices across the UK, this opening brings an ideal opportunity for someone to build a long-term, illustrious career with one of the countries market leaders.  

  • Office Location: Central Leeds
  • Hybrid/Home Working: Yes – 3-days office, 2 days WFH

 

Salary/Package: £27-32k base DOE

  • Benefits: Pension, 4xDIS & Private Medical Cover alongside a full company benefits package inclusive of study support (CII)
  • Holidays: 25 days holiday plus stats
  • Bonus: Discretionary – Paid annually

 

The Role: The wide-ranging adviser support role working alongside multiple high performing financial advisers working within HNW private wealth advice circles. As a Financial Planning Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
  • Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required)
  • Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.

 

The Person: You will come from an IFA/wealth management background and have experience of supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a private wealth focused environment. Do you have prior experience of:

  • Investments/Pensions administration and casework?
  • Working in a client focused role and building key client relationships; with a strong ethic on quality of service?
