Job Description

The Company: A high calibre IFA firm who are looking to add an experienced, private wealth focused Financial Planning Administrator to their adviser support team. This is a highly responsible technical administration role supporting multiple planners across the breadth of investments and pensions work to more complex IHT and trusts.

 

  • Office Location: Central Harrogate
  • Working Setup: Office-based

 

Package: £30-35k base + discretionary bonus and full company benefits

The Role: As part of an experienced Adviser Support team supporting a group of high-performing Financial Planners you will deal with all administrative matters; inclusive of client queries. Duties include:

  • Liaising with policy providers
  • Updating and maintaining client records
  • Processing new business applications
  • Fund switches
  • income and withdrawal requests and monitoring the process through to completion. Duties include:

 

The Person: This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive administration experience of Pensions and Investments workloads who is looking for a professional, client-centric proposition where the client relationship is paramount. It will suit someone who is technically astute and enjoys working alongside advisers in a consultative manner. Do you hold:

  • 2+ years Admin Support experience in an IFA or wealth manager?
  • Product knowledge inclusive of investments, pensions, protection and IHT planning/trust work?
  • Experience of Avelo Exchange and Iress Database system?
