The Company: A family feel IFA business based in Central Leeds who are looking to bring in a Trainee Financial Planning Assistant to further expand their adviser support offering. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for an entry level role to kickstart their career within the financial services industry. - Office Location: Central Leeds
- Working Setup: Office-based – Full-time Monday-Friday
Package: £20-23k base DOE + annual bonus & full company benefits

The Role: Sits within the firm’s admin focused back-office support team working closely with advisers and clients to help them achieve their financial goals – Administrative duties include:
- Preparing and maintaining client files
- Maintain administration systems
- Client reviews, draft for approval by IFA
- Prepare new business documents
- Prepare information/comparisons for analysis by IFA
- Act as point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication
The Person: Will suit someone leaving school/college who is looking to get into work within financial services and learn on the job, as opposed to continuing into further studies. You will:
- Hold a good education background (GCSE/A-Level or equivalent)
- Have a personal drive and ambition to work within financial services, and ideally wealth management
