Job Description

The Company: A nationally recognised and branded wealth management based in Central Leeds looking to add a diligent and customer-focused SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) Administrator to their already established Adviser Support team. In this role you’ll play a vital part in managing client pensions, ensuring compliance, and providing high-quality administration and support.   • Office Location: Central Leeds
  • Working Setup: Hybrid – 3-days office & 2-days WFH

 

Package: £24k base + bonus, CII study support & excellent company benefits

The Role: To provide administrative support to the whole Financial Planning team to ensure a commercial, high quality client service can be delivered. You will ensure client data is accurate and up to date to support the client service.

  • Ensuring client records are accurate and up to date and where necessary data cleansing of systems.
  • Processing client letters of authority to providers, reviewing plan information and obtaining any missing information in a timely manner.
  • Inputting, attaching and maintaining client information on Adviser Office and RFP systems as required.
  • Ensuring BI can be obtained as needed.
  • Following department processes and procedures, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Operating the processes for receipt of adviser charges/commissions to ensure correct and timely client charging and the efficient income for the company and correct financial reporting collection.
  • Contributing to the collating/updating Agency agreements with providers, as well as setting up new users on 3rd party platforms.
