Job Description

The Company: Niche but growing IFA firm based in Central Leeds looking to add an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to their technical support structure, in support of two high-performing advisers:

  • Office Location: Central Leeds
  • Hybrid/Home Working: Yes – 3-days office, 2-days WFH

 

Package: £24-27k base DOE + discretionary bonus and full company benefits

  • Benefits: Pension, 4xDIS & full professional qualifications and study support to Diploma/Chartered via the CII
  • Bonus: Discretionary, paid annually
  • Holidays: 25-days + stats

 

The Role: A a technically challenging IFA Administrator remit providing admin support to 2 high performing private wealth biased financial advisers. This includes all business processing requirements and the responsibility for relationship management across all clientele & product providers. Further key accountabilities include:

  • Liaising with colleagues, clients and professional contacts.
  • Processing all new business across the breadth of personal investments, pensions, protection and IHT planning casework
  • On boarding new clients to the business, ensuring the new client file is fully compliant.
  • Ensuring that all tasks are dealt with within the required timescales
  • Assisting with preparing client review packs
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company process and procedure as required
  • Providing general office administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, post & franking
  • Act as the first port of call for client queries

 

The Person: The successful candidate will have excellent all-round product knowledge and be able to effectively deal with new business processing across investments and pensions work. You will also be comfortable in a consultative admin support role where client contact day to day, and adviser relationship management is paramount.

  • Required: 2+ year’s Admin/Adviser Support experience
