Job Description

The Company: A high calibre, South Leeds based IFA firm who are looking to add a Financial Planning Administrator to their back-office team on a part-time basis. This is a technical administration role supporting multiple planners across the breadth of private wealth caseloads, primarily within investments and pensions advice.

  • Office Location: Morley, South Leeds
  • Working Setup: Office-based

 

Package: £25-28k base (FTE) + discretionary bonus and full company benefits

  • Key Benefits: Pension, life assurance plus free parking on site
  • Bonus: Discretionary – Paid annually
  • Holidays: 25-days + stats (pro-rata)
  • Hours: Circa 20-24hrs across ¾ days – Flexible

 

The Role: As part of an experienced Adviser Support team supporting a group of high-performing Financial Planners you will deal with all administrative matters. Duties include:

  • Liaising with policy providers
  • Updating and maintaining client records
  • Processing new business applications
  • Fund switches
  • income and withdrawal requests and monitoring the process through to completion.

 

The Person: This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IFA Administration experience who is looking for reduced hours across 3-days, or hours that fit inside school hours across 4/5-days. Do you hold:

  • 2+ years Admin Support experience in an IFA and/or wealth manager
  • Experience processing new business inclusive of investments, pensions and protection cases
