Job Description

The Company: A nationally recognised independent financial advice business recruiting into their Liversedge at Admin Support level due to an impending retirement. The group manages North of £20m AUM and is looking to attract and experience Administrator with private wealth experience across investments and pensions work. It’s a perfect opportunity for someone who really enjoys the intricacies of adviser support and is in need of that flexible/hybrid working setup.

 

  • Office Location: Liversedge
  • Working Setup: Hybrid – 3-days office & 2-days WFH

 

Package: £28-32k base DOE + bonus and full company benefits

The Role: This a broad, challenging wealth administration role geared around the technical support of multiple high performing financial advisers working in HNW client circles:

  • Review Planning: The scheduling, planning and organising client reviews with the financial planner.
  • Client meeting preparation: Preparing all pre-meeting requirements such as portfolio valuations and performance, fact find documentation, money laundering requirements, risk questionnaires, etc.
  • Post-meeting administration: Preparing, writing and producing client review reports.
  • Implementing advice actions: Fund switches and processing new business.
  • General office administration and client servicing support as required.

 

The Person: You will come from an IFA/wealth management background and have exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial advisers from an administrative perspective across the breadth of private wealth advice. Do you hold?

  • 2+ years industry experience within an IFA/wealth management business
  • Business processing experience for investments and pensions caseloads?
