Job Description

The Company: A nationally recognised wealth management firm who are East Leeds based and due to an impending retirement are looking to add an Office Manager/PA to their Adviser Support setup. It’s a brilliant opportunity to join a market leading firm who have significant growth plans across the next 2/3 years, where you will be pushed and supported to build a long-standing career within the business.

  • Office Location: Colton, North Leeds
  • Hybrid/Home Working: Yes – 4-days office, 1-day WFH

 

Package: £30-40k base + circa £1.5k annual bonus

The Role: A highly responsible Office Manager role supporting multiple Financial Planners from a back-office support perspective. The breadth of duties include:

General Administration:

  • Assist with all matters relating to the day to day running of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls and organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes where required
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and update and maintain office policies/procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Book travel arrangements

Client Service and Marketing/Business Development:

  • Provide general support to visitors acting as the point of contact for clients
  • Improve the customer service experience
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Assist with the development of service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Update information on the branch website
  • Maintain and contribute to the branch LinkedIn site
  • Plan and organise client and prospect events and assist Branch Principal with business development activities

Personal Assistant:

  • Assist the Branch Principal with diary management
  • Assist the Branch Principal with efficient time management

 

The Person: This role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys Adviser Support within a financial planning environment and is keen on more of a PA/office oversight type remit.
