Job Description

The Company: Regionally sized, family-feel type IFA firm looking to add a Financial Planning Administrator to their Pontefract office; taking on a broad job remit across both Administrative Adviser Support and managing technical queries from clients. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who holds Intelligent Office system experience, is based locally and is looking for a flexible working setup.

 

  • Office Location: South side of Pontefract
  • Working Setup: Hybrid – 3-days office & 2 days WFH

 

Package: £28-32k base DOE + bonus and full company benefits

  • Key Benefits: Pension, 4xDIS as well as a full flexible benefits package
  • Bonus: Discretionary – Paid annually
  • Holidays: 25-days + stats

 

The Role: A hybrid Admin support role and remit working across both admin support and new business processing workloads to basic suitability work. Duties include:

  • Processing new business
  • Responding to client queries
  • Maintaining client records
  • Liaising with Life offices and providers
  • Ensuring the administrative requirements are completed for the Client Review Process
  • Contribute to new business development and proactively maintain a high level of client service
  • Providing relevant documentation ahead of client meetings
  • Compiling basic suitability letters based on the advice being given

 

The Person: You will come with a wealth management background and bring experience of processing business in and investments/pensions setting. Intelligent Office system experience is a must, with the client keen for someone to come in and hit the ground running. Are you:
