Job Description

The Company: Bespoke financial planning firm based in the Shepley area of South Huddersfield looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator/Client Services Assistant into their back-office team to support a team of high-performing, private wealth focused financial advisers.

 

  • Office Location: Shepley, South side of Huddersfield
  • Hybrid Working: No – 100% office based so employee commute/geography needs to work

 

Package: £25-28k DOE + discretionary bonus and full company benefits

  • 23 days holiday + stats, company pension, 4xDIS plus wider company benefits
  • 35-hour working week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

 

The Role: Broad wealth administration support role geared around supporting multiple high performing financial advisers, working in HNW circles from a technical admin support perspective:

  • Produce Valuations and meeting packs for client reviews
  • Prompt and compliant submission of new business inclusive of investments, pensions, protection and tax/trust workload
  • Managing pipeline business
  • Liaising with high net worth clients and providers
  • Maintaining the client database
  • Responsible for inputting and reconciling all fees
  • Screening and dealing with consultants’ post, e-mails and calls
  • Diary management
  • Providing basic product and fund research in assistance of the paraplanning team

 

The Person: A background in the IFA/wealth management background is a must, coupled with exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a prior role:

  • Strong client relationships skills required
  • Ability to manage workloads across multiple provider platforms and funds
  • Investments & pensions case exposure needed
