Our service model is executive search and selection focused, complemented with a range of services aimed at ensuring a smooth, easy to manage recruitment process. This includes an advertised selection function and both contingent, and retained recruitment project offerings aimed at attracting and securing the very best talent in the marketplace.
Consultancy: In addition to this, our specialist knowledge of the financial services market, and in particular the wealth management sector means we can advise clients on a wide range of industry related issues. This includes competitor analysis, compliance issues and market trend information; and we are able to keep clients informed of key moves/hires made within their sector, market sentiment, product development and other critical issues that affect both initial candidate attraction, and retention.
